What is BestOfferWalls?
BestOfferWalls is a premier rewards platform connecting users with advertisers. You can earn real money by completing simple tasks such as taking surveys, installing apps, watching videos, and playing games. We bridge the gap between market researchers and everyday users.
What are 'Points'?
Points are the virtual currency used on BestOfferWalls.
- Conversion Rate: 1,000 Points = $1.00 USD.
- You can toggle your display preference between Points and USD from your dashboard.
What is 'Purchase Balance'?
Your Purchase Balance is used for advertising purposes (if you want to create your own campaigns). You can deposit funds into this balance, but you cannot withdraw from the Purchase Balance. Only your "Main Balance" (earned from offers) can be withdrawn.
Can I change my registered email address?
For security reasons, users cannot manually change their email address. If you have lost access to your email or made a typo during registration, please contact support@bestofferwalls.com for assistance.
Can I open multiple accounts?
No. We strictly enforce a policy of one account per person and per household. Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, Proxies, or VPS to mask your identity will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.
Why is my balance reduced?
If your balance has decreased, it is likely due to a Chargeback. This happens when an offer provider determines a task was completed fraudulently (e.g., fake information, rushing through surveys) and deducts the points. Consistent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
Why do I not receive the email code?
If you are not receiving verification emails:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Ensure your email inbox is not full.
- Please add our email address no-reply@bestofferwalls.com to your contact list or safe senders list.
- If the issue persists, contact support.
Why do you ask for Identity Verification?
While we generally do not require invasive KYC, our system may trigger a verification check if suspicious activity is detected (e.g., high-volume withdrawals, IP mismatches). This ensures the safety of our advertisers and legitimate users.
Payment & Withdrawals
When do I get paid?
- Cryptocurrency: Typically processed instantly or within 1 hour.
- Gift Cards: Usually delivered within 24 hours.
- Manual Review: In rare cases (large amounts), it may take up to 48 hours.
What is the minimum payment?
The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the method:
- Cryptocurrency (LTC, DOGE): $0.50 (500 Points)
- PayPal: $5.00 (5,000 Points)
- Gift Cards: Varies by brand (usually starting at $2.00).
Why is payment status showing 'Payment in X days'?
If your withdrawal status says "Payment in 3 days" (or similar), it means your account is under a standard security hold. This is common for new users or high-value withdrawals to prevent fraud.
Why is payment status showing 'Date pending'?
This indicates that the payment provider (e.g., the crypto network or gift card vendor) is currently processing the transaction. It usually clears within a few hours.
The gift card is not able to use in my country. Can I refund it?
No. Once a Gift Card code has been revealed or sent to your email, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please strictly check the "Region" (e.g., Global, USA, EU) before redeeming any gift card.
Can I cancel my withdrawal?
If the status is still "Pending", you may be able to cancel it from your withdrawal history page, and the points will return to your balance. If the status is "Processing" or "Paid", it cannot be cancelled.
How can you withdraw by PayPal?
Select PayPal from the withdrawal page, enter your PayPal email address correctly, and confirm. Note that PayPal withdrawals may be subject to a small transaction fee deducted by PayPal.

What are Featured Offers?
Featured Offers are hand-picked tasks that offer the highest payouts and have the best completion rates. We recommend starting with these to maximize your earnings.
Why is offer status showing 'Pending'?
Some high-value offers have a mandatory hold period (usually 7 to 30 days) set by the advertiser. This ensures the user does not uninstall the app or cancel the subscription immediately after receiving the reward. Points are released automatically after the period ends.
What is a Chargeback?
A chargeback occurs when an advertiser revokes a credit they previously gave you. This happens if they detect:
- Use of VPN/Proxy.
- False information.
- Use of emulators.
- Incomplete requirements.
- Why is my chargeback status showing 'Risky'?
If your account has too many chargebacks, your status becomes "Risky." This limits your ability to withdraw funds and may lead to a permanent ban. Please ensure you complete offers honestly.
Can I complete the same offer in different offerwalls?
No. Most offers are for "New Users Only." If you complete the same game or app offer on AdGate and then try to do it again on Lootably, you will not be credited, and it may be flagged as fraud.
I completed an offer/survey but missing coins?
If you haven't received your points:
- Wait at least 24 hours.
- Go to the specific Offerwall (e.g., GemiAd ,Monilix).
- Click on the "Support" or "Reward Status" link within that wall.
- Submit proof (screenshots). Note: BestOfferWalls cannot manually credit third-party offers without the provider's approval.
Advertisement (Ads & Videos)
"The ads has already been clicked by the same IP today."
This error appears if someone else in your household (using the same Wi-Fi) has already viewed that specific ad, or if you viewed it on another device. Ads are limited to unique views per IP address every 24 hours.
Is your ads effect good?
For advertisers: Yes, BestOfferWalls delivers real, organic traffic from users interested in earning. We verify our users to ensure high-quality views for your campaigns.
There are no ads for you.
If you see no ads, it may be because:
- You have viewed all available ads for the day.
- There are no campaigns targeting your specific country at this moment. Please check back later.
Tasks & Campaigns
How to create a task campaign?
- Go to "Advertise" in the menu.
- Deposit funds into your "Purchase Balance".
- Select "Create Campaign".
- Choose the type of task (e.g., Website Visit, App Install).
- Set your budget and target audience.
- Submit for approval (usually approved within 12 hours).
Affiliate Program
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes! We offer a competitive affiliate program where you can earn passive income by inviting others.
Where can I find my referral link?
Navigate to the "Affiliate" > "Referrals" section in your dashboard. You will find your unique link and banners there.
How much can I earn from the affiliate program?
You earn a commission (typically 5% to 10%, depending on your level) on every offer your referral completes. This commission is paid by us and does not affect your friend's earnings.
Why are my referrals missing?
Referrals might not be tracked if:
- The user clicked your link but did not register immediately.
- The user had cookies disabled or used an AdBlocker.
- The user had previously visited the site via another link.
When will the affiliate commission be paid?
Affiliate commissions are credited to your Main Balance instantly as soon as your referral completes a task.
Level Up System
How can I increase my level?
You gain XP (Experience Points) for every offer you complete. As you earn more points, your level increases automatically. Higher levels unlock:
- Lower withdrawal minimums.
- Higher affiliate percentages.
- Exclusive bonuses.
How can I get my Title?
Titles (e.g., "Beginner," "Earner," "Master") are assigned based on your total lifetime earnings. Check the "Levels" page to see the requirements for the next title.
How can I join 7 days streak rewards?
Simply log in and claim your Daily Bonus every day. If you claim it for 7 consecutive days, you receive a special Streak Bonus reward. If you miss a day, the counter resets to Day 1.
How is my offer earning calculated?
Your earnings are based on the value set by our advertisers. We take a small platform fee to maintain the site, and the rest is passed directly to you. High-quality traffic results in higher payouts.
