1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

  • Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). You agree not to share your account details with anyone else.
  • Liability: Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. BestOfferWalls will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
  • Suspension: BestOfferWalls reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts immediately for any violation of these Terms.

4. Earning Points & Virtual Currency

  • Earning: BestOfferWalls rewards users with "Points" for completing third-party offers, surveys, app installs, and other tasks.
  • No Cash Value: Points are a virtual currency used solely within the BestOfferWalls platform. They do not represent any legal tender, property, or cash value until successfully redeemed through our supported withdrawal methods.
  • Display: Points may be displayed in either Points or USD equivalent, based on your display preference.

5. Offerwalls & Third-Party Services

  • Intermediary Role: Offers, surveys, and tasks are provided by third-party advertisers ("Offerwalls"). BestOfferWalls acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the content, terms, or availability of these third-party offers.
  • Tracking & Credit: Credit for completing offers is subject to the third-party provider’s tracking system. If the third-party provider does not release the funds to us or validates the completion, BestOfferWalls is not obligated to credit your account.
  • Disputes: Any dispute regarding a missing credit must be directed to the specific Offerwall's support team first.

6. Withdrawals, Payments & Hold Periods

  • Thresholds: You may request a withdrawal once you meet the minimum threshold for your selected payment method (e.g., PayPal, Crypto, Gift Cards).
  • Hold Period: To prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks, we reserve the right to temporarily hold any offer credits or withdrawals for up to 90 days after an offer has been completed. The duration depends on the offer type and your account history.
  • Payment Verification: We may delay, cancel, or investigate withdrawal requests if suspicious behavior is detected. Not all payment methods are available in all countries.
  • No Refunds: Once a reward (e.g., a Gift Card code) is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Behavior

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. You agree NOT to engage in the following:

  • Proxy/VPN: Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, or any location-masking software to access the Site or complete offers.
  • Automation: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators, or automation tools.
  • Fake Data: Submitting false or misleading survey responses, using fake SMS numbers, or providing disposable email addresses.
  • Referral Abuse: Creating fake accounts to earn referral bonuses.
  • Harassment: Harassing other users or BestOfferWalls staff in support tickets or public chats.

Consequences: Violations will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all earnings without warning.

8. Referral Program

  • BestOfferWalls offers a referral program where you can earn bonuses for inviting new users.
  • Referrals must be real, unique individuals who use the site for legitimate purposes.
  • Exploiting the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, incentivizing sign-ups with external payments) is prohibited and will lead to an account ban.

9. Intellectual Property

The BestOfferWalls website, logos, design, text, graphics, and software are the property of BestOfferWalls or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestOfferWalls shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Site.
  • Unauthorized access to your data.
  • Statements or conduct of any third party (including Offerwalls) on the Site.
  • Technical issues, bugs, or server downtime.

The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

BestOfferWalls complies with international privacy regulations. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support.

12. Modifications to Terms
